Description
In case the Protocol stack is used together with a non-PTCP capable ethernet backend, PTCP is not initalized on startup. As consequence, no PTCP resource shall be accessed at runtime.
However, access to PTCP resources is done at later point in time leading to invalid memory access and (as consequence) to a crash.
