            Description

            The CM statemachines shall be exented to cover the requirements of the newly supported 10MBit/s MAUTypes. This includes at least

            • do not abort AR with error "PDEV, no port offers required speed / duplexity" if a port uses the new 10MBit/s MAUTypes
            • respect the restrictions of SendClockFactor and ReductionRatio that relate to 10MBit/s MAUTypes
