Description
Ticket PSPNCORE-638 modified the switch parameter ORG Limit of IO Controller switch to value 8.
After spending more time with testing activities, it turned out this value is not optimal. Instead, value 4 shall be used. This only reserved a bare minimum of switch resources for ORG frames (and sending own frames), but the overall problem we tried to address with usage of value 8 can only be fixed with upcoming new switch implementation.
