            Description

            When the protocol stack receives a Connect.Req with ARType SR-AR and support for System-Redundancy is disabled, the Connect.Rsp contains invalid status code "Out of AR resources".

            In this situation the status code "Invalid/Unsuported AR Type shall be used"
