Support single port mode with controller switch

In a certan customer usecase a single port operation of the profinet controller firmware is required. For this purposes, the driver ethernet adapter for Profinet Controller HAL needs to be extended with a single port mode where only one network port will be used. In this mode however, the switch will internally still run with two ports. Only the upper layers are presented one port.
