Adjust coding of CIMSNMPAdjust record to specification V2.4MU3

            Description

            Profinet specification V2.4 MU3 changed the definition of CIMSNMPAdjust field SNMPControl. The implementation needs to be adjusted accordingly.

            Unfortunately, the definition was changed without increasing the block versions. Thus a device can not distinguish PDUs of old and new coding. Therefore after this change, the device will interpret the record acording specification V2.4 MU3 in any case. This will result in unexpected behavior when a controller uses the definitions of V2.4 MU2. As there are no known implementations, this seems to be an academic problem.
