Reading MRP Adjust- and Check-Records delivers different blockversion than written

If an IO Controller establishes an AR and writes MRP Adjust- and/or Check-Record with a specific blockversion, it is expected that this blockversions is returned if the Controller reads back the record.

Current implementation always returns back blockversion V1.1, even if Controller wrote V1.0.

It is expected that the blockversion written by IO Controller is reported back.
