Wrong RPC sequence number when COC enabled

            Description

            Write requests transmitted after a write request with COC report the wrong sequnce number.

            Error was due to incrementing the Sequence number with each CombinedObjectContent. This is not correct, it should only be incremented once for the whole CombinedObjectContainer.
