            Description

            New LWIP versions allow sending IP frames with a VLAN tag. This shall be done for all DCERPC frames sent by PN Core.

            The VLAN ID shall be 0, the Priority shall be set to 2 accordingly to match requirements of traffic class "Connection Management".
