Return the configured station address instead of the currently used one.

When the station address containing nameOfStation and IP address is requested, the configured address set via Remanenet data or IOC config req should be returned instead of the "current" address used in PnCore.
This change only makes a difference if the address is retrieved during the startup phase before the bus state is switched to ON. As afterwards the configured address is used by PnCore.
