No Connect.rsp when Stack Configuration is deleted during connect.req processing

Missing Connect.rsp when stack configuration is deleted while connect.req is being processed. This leads to the fact that the configuration of stack is no longer possible, because channel init is not confirmed until the unregistering of the RPC server is confirmed, and this in turn depends on the Connect.rsp (RPC response) being sent to DCERPC.
