Description
When a ReadImplcitic Request is received that has a non-NIL TargetARUUID, the handling is not completely correct.
- If AR-unspecific object shall be read, the TargetARUUID shall be ignored.
- If AR-apecific object shall be read, the TargetARUUID needs to be used and if the corresponding AR does not exist, the well-defined error code shall be used (instead of a more generic one).
- In case of error the response on the network shall properly initialize all fields and not leave some fields uninitialized.
