Acyclic read record request not possible after netload test class III - Faulty mode

Acyclic read record request handling may stuck after performing profinet netload certification tests for netload class III - Faulty mode when the following two conditions are met :

• A read record request is performed before the AR is completely established (after Application ready request is received)
• Application ready request is received prior to PrmEnd response.

If that happens, all read requests are rejected by stack using "Request Running" error code.

This issue can be solved only when the affected AR is re-established.
