Network frames ignored after a PTCP Sync network load

            Description

            When a high PTCP Sync network load occurs during IRT operation, the firmware might enter a state were it does not react to any incomming non cyclic frames anymore. To recover from this situation, a reset is required.

            It is expected that the firmware recovers after high network load.

            The problem affects IRT operation mode only.
