Consumer data processed too early

Current implementation starts processing consumer data when CPM is started and the first valid input is received. As result, consumer data might be marked as valid too early, even before parametrization phase is finished.

It is expected that consumer data is not updated before the AR is completely established. An AR is established when the first valid input frame is received after Application Ready is reported . 

This issue only occurs in case RT Advanced Startup.
