Process data handling started to early for IRT applications

The processing of the IRT data is started before the frame reception/transmission has been fully finished. As a result the process data might be delayed by one cycle and/or the device might transmitt only each other frame. The problem depends on various conditions including:

• computing power of the used netx chipset
• topology of the network
• connection history of the device
• length of the frames
