[netX51/52/90] Use IP and ARP protocol filtering by Profinet Switch

            Description

            With the update of PnD HAL to V2.7.0.0 ARP and IP protocol filters have become available at switch level. Using these filters to pre-process the ARP & IP network traffic can lower the workload of the protocol CPU significantly in certain situations.
