Unexpected Acyclic service indication during other service pending

Analysis of the implementation has show a major issue with internal acyclic service serialization: When an AR is aborted, the current implementation internally returns an pending acyclic service with corresponding error code. Additionally, the service is considered finished and serialization of other pending issues continues. Thus there can occur a condition, where the application has not yet confirmed an acyclic service while a new acyclic service is indicated.
