Fix unexpected error detection with Generic AP free run I/O mode

When Generic AP is configured for Free Run I/O Mode, the error detection implementation in Profinet might detect a violation of the allowed update interval and stop communication.

The problem occurs since the Generic AP tasks I/O limiter implementation acts on update-confirmation while the Profinet implementation check runs on update request.

It is expected that Generic AP task can run in Free Run I/O Mode without an issue.
