            Description

            The PnD HAL version 2.5.0.0 fixes an issue with netload leads to firmware crash when NDIS is active. The Problem is that multicast frames may be released twice : 

            1. (Unexpected) When the frame is forwarded to 2nd chassis using PnC_LoopBack()
            2. After the 2nd chassis has finshed processing the frame.

            In addition it fixes an issue with IRT in very special and unusual network timings.
