Description
Even when a received sync frame contain a big variation in time, the current implementatoin of the PLL tries to adapt. This can cause unexpected behavior e.g. in Spirat Testcase "ShortCycles" . The current implementation should be modified, so that synchronization frames with obviously bad time parameters are ignored.
