DCP SuboptionDeviceOption list contains "OEM Device ID" even if I&M5 not supported

            Description

            According to specification if OEM Device ID option available I&M5 data shall also provided. Conversely, this means that if I&M5 not supported DCP SuboptionDeviceOption shall not convey  "OEM Device ID" entry.
