Ethernet frame buffer not released when invalid DCP Get Request received

            Description

            When an DCP Get Request is received with invalid encoding the ethernet frame buffer used for DCP Set Response is not freed again. In turn the switch will run out of buffers after receiving a certain amount of invalid encoded DCP Get Requests. It is expected that all ethernet frames are properly released.
