PRes transmit data handled in a too low priority context (LFW)

PRes transmit data are always handled in freerun mode in the AP-Task conext, which has a lower priority than other acyclic components like ODV3, LwIP or SocketAPI. The AP-Task conext priority has to be set higher to ensure, that no acyclic process is blocking the copy process between DPM and XC.

This issue affects only LFW use-case.
