PRes data size cannot be changed in dynamic mapping devices

In case of dynamic mapping devices, the application has to configure the stack with default/startup PDO sizes (e.g. 0). On runtime, the MN may change this via SDO configuration. In this case the application has to calculate the new PDO sizes and set them to the stack via EPLCN_IF_SET_PDO_SIZE_REQ service. After a ResetConfiguration is processed, it is expected that the device runs with the new PDO lengths. However PRes data size still having the default value.
