Wrong value answered to read SDO request to CumulativeCnt and ThresholdCnt of the Loss of Frames, CRC and Collision error object

NMT component answers to this read requests with the values stored in the own resources. These are not used in other place in the stack. The real value is handled and stored in the DLL state machine (DrvEth Adapter).
No more resources allocation for these parameters is needed in the NMT component. Read and Write requests will be processed using IOCTL commands.
