Avoid deactivating DPM Ready flag when receiving a channel init request packet

            Description

            The channel init handling deactivates the Ready flag for at least 20ms according to the DPM manual. However this behavior is only expected when the channel initialization was triggered over DPM flags only. In case the firmware receives the channel init packet, the Ready flag should stay enabled to avoid errors on CIFX driver on host side.
