Add support of Multiplexed feature

Add support of Multiplexed feature according to DS301 V1.3.0. This includes following steps:

• DLL:
  • Adapt recognition of Loss of PReq errors to multiplexed cycles
  • Handle the Multiplexed flags in SoC, PReq and PRes frames.
• OD:
  • Add object 0x1F9B (NMT_MultiplCycleAssign_AU8)
  • Check if object 0x1F81 (NMT_NodeAssignment_AU32) is needed
• API:
  • Use the parameter ulFeatureFlags to activate the Multiplexed feature.
  • Check if application has permission to define the multiplexed cycle on it self. If yes, add parameter for it.
• Test:
  • Certification Test with B&R PLC following the specifications of "POWERLINK-Certification_Test_Procedure_V1.0 Chapter 3.3.2"
  • Automatic tests with internal Low Level Test Master

  • Extend the API Manual within the new information
