EPLCN_IF_SET_PDO_SIZE_REQ does not change PDO size transmitted on the bus

In case of dynamic mapping devices, the application may receive a new PDO mapping configuration from the MN. In this case the application has to update the PDO configuration (size and mapping version) in the stack by sending the command EPLCN_IF_SET_PDO_SIZE_REQ. However the stack stores the new configuration in volatile memory, but does not activate it after receiving a Reset Configuration NMT command.
