            Description

            Change the default HTTP certificate handling mode to WEBSERVER_SECURITY_SELF_CFG_MODE_ON_ERROR.

            The current WEBSERVER_SECURITY_SELF_CFG_MODE_ON_EMPTY_DB value may cause an issue if the self-configuration process is unexpectedly interrupted, which would lead to an incomplete configuration and the inability to restart the self-configuration process.
