Command Table update V3.3

Support a new COS Command Trigger.

1) Command is triggered only changed data

2) Command is triggered on changed data + once at startup with zero data to clean the data of the server once at start and bring it into initial state.

Option 1) is the defauld method.
Option 2) is configurable and needs a corresponding tool version
