"Remanent Data Responsibility" item is missing in CIFX50 firmware's tag list

            Description

            "Remanent Data Responsibility" tag should be present in taglist for cifX50/netX52/NRP52 targets but remanent stack handling should be avoided transparently for the host without the need to send set remanent data request.

            Having in mind that these targets can't store remanent data in flash, if OMB_IF_CFG_FLAG_AUTO_IP_STORAGE flag is set in configuration, an error is returned and device will not be configured.

            Host remanent handling is the same like for the remaining targets.
