[LFW] 2nd Stage loader flash boot tokens are not evaluated when being started RAM based

In case the loadable firmware is started in RAM disc mode the boot tokens provided by the 2nd stage loader are not evaluated. Therefore, the firmware will use it's default flash settings. So if the default setting is "flash based" the firmware will look for a data base in the flash file system instead of looking for it in the RAM file system.
