            Description

            The GetObjectAccessInfoCnf packets are checked first for their length and only if the result is correct, the packet status is checked. The flow should be:

            1. Check status. If not OK, send the error code to the requestor
            2. Check length. If not OK, send error code ODV3_ERROR_DATA_NO_TRANSFER_DUE_TO_LOCAL_CONTROL to the requestor
