If registered for read/write indication on subobj. creation 0x6a82 (bIndicationflags=3) one can not unregister

            Description

            If registered for read/write indication on subobj. creation 6a82 (bIndicationflags=3) one can not unregister.

            This is only when registering direct on object creation. If registered with ODV3_REGISTER_SUBOBJECT_NOTIFY_REQ it is no problem to unregister with ODV3_UNREGISTER_SUBOBJECT_NOTIFY_REQ.
