fix CVE 2020-22283 in ICMP6 handling (only relevant for IPv6 users)

            Description

            IPv6 support is disabled by default. However, it is possible to activate IPv6 support in LWIP.

            The known LWIP vulnerability CVE 2020-22283 shall be fixed.
