SocketOptions unexpectedly rejected with out of memory for UDP sockets

            Description

            If the Socket API is configured to not support IP Multicast, using any socket options for UDP sockets is not possible. The request is rejected with errorcode "our of memory".

            Only LWIP version 5.3.3.0 is affected by this issue.
