Improve documentation for TCP Server and client by adding more information about usage and scenarios

The current documentation shows some figures how a TCP server can be implemented. However, the figure contain wrong statements in case the connection is closed by the client.

Some other information is missing, too.

The whole chapter shall be extended to give more information and clearer advice to the user.
