            Description

            In turned out that disabling the out of order segment handling can result in a great performance penalty under certain circumstances. The TCP Stream will stall for 30 to 60 seconds depending on the remote peers TCP implementation.
            Therefore at least one out of order segment should be queued. For this the out of order segment handling must be extended.
