      Description

When the IP stack is configured to use priority tagging with VLAN ID "0", the provided default implementation may set a zero tag value on the VLAN tag. Such frames might cause trouble with other implementations. (E.g. observed with PC Network card)

The VLAN tag shal be omitted in such cases.
