            Description

            When the application uses a non-blocking (tcp) socket to communicate with a peer and the peer closes the connection gracefully, the RecvFrom service confirmation is responded with status code "ERR_SOCK_WOULDBLOCK".

            Independed of blocking or non-blocking mode, the RecvFrom service for a gracefully closed (tcp) socket should be confirmed with status "OK" and data length "0".
