Backport DHCP gateway address fix

            Description

            The current DHCP client implementation configures a gateway IP address even if the DHCP server does not provide a gateway address in the DHCP-OFFER.

            The gateway address will always be NETWORK-ADDRESS | 0x00000001

            It is expected that the gateway address is 0.0.0.0 in case the DHCP server does not provide a gateway address.
