Socket options changed by GetSockOpt service

When a GetSockOpt packet service is used with a TCP socket, unexpected behavior might occur afterwards. Instead of returning the current socket option value, the service will set an arbitrary socket option value.

It is expected that the services does not change anything but return the requested value.
