Packet Socket API returns invalid status code after failed TCP connect attempt

            Description

            When an TCP protocol socket is connected to a remote peer and this connection attempt failes, the Packet Socket Api may return error status "ERR_HIL_FAIL".

            Instead of the generic Hilscher error status, the Packet Socket API status "ERR_SOCK_CONNECTION_ABORTED" should be reported.
