Unexpected Connect or SendTo service confirmation status after any other failed services

            Description

            If any of the socket specific packet services had been returned with an error status previously, any of the following services used on the same socket afterwards may be responded with an unexpected error status:

            • Connect service will be confirmed with error although connection established
            • SendTo service could be confirmed with wrong error status
