            Description

            When the application uses the Packet Socket Api to send data through a TCP connection using the SendTo-Service request, a successfull confirmation is generated even when peer side has closed the socket.

            In case of TCP socket it is nice behavior that for all data not acknowledged by the peer a negative confirmation is generated.
