            Description

            When using the Socket Api (Packet Interface) from a host application and a remote network peer abort a TCP connection establishment sequence right after a sending the SYN (SYN/ACK from net is responded by peer with RST) The socket resource becomes stuck in an undefined state. No work around possible.
