Socket API: No confirmation packet to SOCK_CMD_CONNECT_REQ in case lwIP waits for IP address in DHCP mode

            Description

            If the packet SOCK_CMD_CONNECT_REQ is sent to the stack while it is waiting for an IP address (DHCP), the request packet will not be answered (no configuration packet) even if an IP address is assigned to the device after a while.

            Even after more than 30 minutes, there is no confirmation.
