LLDP Task always signals that a change occurs within the Remote MIBs even if nothing has changed.

The LLDP Task checks the validity of the remote MIBs every 1000ms by examining the TTL value. Unfortunately the Remote TTL value will always be manipulated (decremented by 1) with each check. Thus LLDP thinks something has changed and generates several events although nothing changed at all.
