LLDP Frame is not send immediately when IP adress is changed (Certification Issue)

            Description

            According to LLDP specification (IEEE 802.1AB:2009) the device shall immediately report any change of its local parameters via LLDP Frame as long as the max number of consecutive LLDP Frames that can be transmitted after any change is not yet achieved.
